Ciudad Real runs and weaves for rare diseases

A beautiful initiative to raise awareness about people suffering from rare or infrequent diseases.

Various associations in Ciudad Real are preparing a charity event to give visibility to these types of diseases, with the aim that residents of the city and province learn about the different organizations they can turn to and where they can find support for patients and the families who suffer from them.

On March 31st, a charity race will take place, together with a series of cultural activities, among which is planned to knit the city's bandstand, and Lanas Rubí will be supporting the cause with its raw material. The organizing associations will be knitting throughout the month of March to ensure that the bandstand is finished on the day of the race, which will conclude with a big celebration in support of people suffering from these types of ailments.
