TRADITION SINCE 1905
The history of Lanas Rubí begins in Seville in 1905. It is a family business, with the fourth generation at the helm, which started in the spinning business bringing natural fibers from the Philippine Islands for the manufacture of Manila shawls.

Lanas Rubí consolidated itself as a leading factory, expanding its production with sewing thread, embroidery floss, and pearl cottons. For much of its history, it manufactured its own products, spinning and dyeing each skein until its final finish. Its headquarters have always been located in Seville, moving from the central Bustos Tavera street to the Nervión neighborhood, and finally to its current facilities.
In recent decades, the company has focused its activity on the commercialization of yarns, cottons, and other fibers, analyzing trends to offer haberdasheries and warehouses a wide collection, with unique textures and finishes.
