General terms and conditions of sale
Below are the conditions to which sales in our online store are subject. Please note that they take precedence over any other specific provisions and that any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.
Orders
Remember that once you have validated and submitted the order, the order is considered firm and you have accepted the aforementioned general conditions of sale.
Prices
The sale prices shown in the store are the prices in force at the time the order is placed, include a general VAT of 21%, and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
For customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the prices shown include 0% VAT.
Payment for products
To pay for your orders, we offer a secure payment gateway via credit card. Other possible forms of payment will be agreed upon in advance.

Deliveries
Delivery times for orders in the Iberian Peninsula will range between 24 and 72 hours (1-3 working days), so weekends and holidays will not be counted for this calculation. Orders usually leave the warehouse the day after being registered in the online store.
Please note that this condition will be subject to the availability of the items, so the previously reported period is not a guarantee.
Order shipping is carried out by a top-tier courier company, external to our firm, which will deliver the merchandise during normal business hours from 08:00 to 20:00, depending on the routes assigned to each geographical area.
Delivery of products is considered complete once they are made available to you by the carrier. Make sure to check that they have been delivered in good condition and that they match the order placed.
Returns
In the event that the order received does not correspond to your purchase or has a defect, you may request a return via email infoweb@lanasrubi.com within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. (Law 3/2014, of March 27, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).
We will contact you to inform you of the procedure, and the return costs will be borne by Lanas Rubí.
Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within the legal deadlines cited above, exercising your right of withdrawal.
All product returns must be previously agreed upon with our after-sales department. Contact us via email infoweb@lanasrubi.com, and you must send it in the original packaging, with shipping costs at your expense, indicating that it must be delivered to our facilities from M to F, from 07:00 to 15:00.
Warranties
Our items are subject to the warranty conditions of their respective manufacturers. Items handled or repaired by the buyer or third parties are excluded from these warranties.
Responsibility
The seller is not responsible for any indirect damages. In case of direct damages, the seller's liability is limited to a maximum of €520.
Jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law. For all disputes arising from the contract between the seller and the buyer, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville capital.
