Shipping costs

Free Shipping for orders exceeding the following amounts in each case:

• €30 (VAT included) for national shipments (excluding islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and shipments to Portugal (excluding islands and cross-border territories).
• €300 (VAT included) for shipments to European countries, excluding cross-border territories, islands, and Andorra, where this delivery service is available (See list of included countries in the next section)

SHIPPING COST TABLE

In cases where the order amount does not reach the amount set in the previous section, the shipping costs detailed in the following table will be charged, which lists the possible destinations along with the associated shipping costs:

(1) Customs clearance fees and associated taxes for the shipment are borne by the customer.

(2) For orders over 5 kg, the customer will be informed of the shipping cost. If the customer accepts this amount, it must be paid according to the payment terms. If the customer does not accept this amount, and if a prepayment has been made, it will be fully refunded.
