Weaving Together Seasons and Awareness: Lanas Rubí in Torrent's Yarn Bombing

Last December, Lanas Rubí joined the Yarn Bombing event organized in Torrent, in collaboration with Knitting Sheep, the local council, and the Casa de la Dona Torrent organization.

Through the creation and donation of materials, the knitters contributed to beautifying the old town of the city with colorful knitted canopies. These, strategically placed, not only added an artistic touch but also served as a visual representation of the seasons of the year.

This initiative, in addition to being a creative expression, is also a call for environmental awareness. Through this installation, the knitters highlighted the importance of preserving our environment, encouraging reflection on the relationship between nature and urban life.
