Christmas stocking

MATERIALS

To make the Christmas stocking, we will use Rubí Sport color 052 (1 skein) and 501 (1 skein), nº5 knitting needles, and a wool needle.

PATTERN

Cast on 30 sts. Knit in garter stitch throughout. Increase 1 st at the beginning of each row. On the part that will be the heel, 3 sts. On the front part, 4 sts.

The heel continues straight until the end.

On the other side (the front), 4 cm after the previous increases, decrease 1 st on each row for a total of 4 sts. Then, bind off 11 sts at once. On the next row, decrease another st, and then increase 1 st every 3 cm.

At 32 cm from the beginning, bind off all sts.

Make 2 identical pieces and sew them together.

For the white top cuff, cast on 54 sts and knit for 10 cm. Sew it to the top edge, leaving an opening.

Finally, make pompoms of various sizes and place them randomly along the Christmas stocking.
