FINAL RESULT:

PATTERN:
Cone:
Beige color.
Make 2 identical parts as follows:
Crochet in rows, back and forth, linearly.
R1: Chain 2, single crochet in the first chain. (1 stitch)
R2: 1 increase in the single crochet of row 1. (2 stitches)
R3: 1 single crochet, 1 increase. (3 stitches)
R4: 1 single crochet in each stitch except for the last stitch where we make an increase. (4 stitches)
R5: 1 single crochet in each stitch except for the last stitch where we make an increase. (5 stitches)
R6-R42: Repeat R5 until you have a total of 42 stitches. Weave in ends.
Join the 2 triangles and sew right sides together, bringing wrong sides to wrong sides. Join the 2 sides, forming a cone, with single crochet stitches. This creates a decorative border on the sides of the cone.
Decorating the cone:
Make some oblique lines that simulate the pattern of ice cream cones. Crochet them symmetrically, forming diamonds, by making a raised chain stitch. You can also make a decorative embroidery stitch (chain stitch). This design is done in the same color as the cone.
Ice cream scoop:
Pink color.
Crochet in the round (around the upper edge of the cone).
R1: Insert the crochet hook into any stitch, taking only the back loop of the stitch. (the inner loop, in English “back loop single crochet” blsc) and make one single crochet in each stitch. Close with a slip stitch. (84 stitches)
The following rounds are made by working the entire stitch, that is, taking both loops of the stitch, and from now on, we crochet in a spiral (it is advisable to place a marker on the first stitch of each round):
R2- R5: Single crochet in each stitch. (84 stitches)
R6: Make 40 single crochets and 1 decrease. Repeat. (82 stitches)
R7: Make 39 single crochets and 1 decrease. Repeat. (80 stitches)
R8-R17: Repeat R7, decreasing 1 stitch each time, following the series: 38 stitches and 1 decrease (x2), 37 stitches and 1 decrease (x2), 36 stitches... 35... 34... until you have 60 stitches. R17 would be: 29 stitches, 1 decrease. Repeat. (60 stitches)
R18: Make 26 single crochets and 2 decreases. Repeat. (56 stitches)
R19: Make 25 single crochets and 1 decrease. Repeat. (54 stitches)
R20: Make 23 single crochets and 2 decreases. Repeat. (50 stitches)
R21: Make 21 single crochets and 2 decreases. Repeat. (46 stitches)
Stuff gradually, positioning the filling from the bottom of the cone to the top, maintaining medium tension.
R22: Make 19 single crochets and 2 decreases. Repeat. (42 stitches)
R23: Make 17 single crochets and 2 decreases. Repeat. (38 stitches)
Add more stuffing if necessary.
Close the ball by sewing the top opening.
Go back to the first round of the ball, which we made by taking only the inner loop:
R1: Make a round of single crochet, making 1 single crochet in each stitch, taking the free loop, i.e., the loop of the stitch that is available to view.
R2: *1 single crochet, 1 half double crochet, 1 double crochet, 2 treble crochets, 1 double crochet, 1 half double crochet, 1 single crochet*. Repeat *_* until the end. Close with a slip stitch. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Ball decoration:
Add some knitted bobbles distributed over the ball (you can make them in knot stitch or French knot, for example), and place a pompom on top.
