10x10 cm with 3.5mm needles in stockinette stitch after blocking: 25 stitches and 34 rows.
ABBREVIATIONS
st: stitch. row: row (same as round) purl st: purl stitch. k st: knit stitch. kfb: increase, knit 2 stitches into the same stitch. Knit one stitch, then knit another into the back loop of the same stitch. yo: increase, yarn over. k2tog: decrease. Knit 2 stitches together. ssk: decrease. Slip 2 stitches as if to knit them one by one, return them to the left needle and knit them together through the back loop. sk2po: decrease. Slip 1 stitch from the left needle to the right without knitting, knit the next two stitches together, then pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitches. m1l: increase. STITCHES USED
Stockinette stitch in the round: knit all stitches. 1x1 Rib stitch in the round: knit 1 stitch, purl 1 stitch sequence for the entire round.
Bobble: Knit 7 stitches into the same stitch. Knit 1 st, purl 1 st, knit 1 st, purl 1 st, knit 1 st, purl 1 st, knit 1 st into the same stitch. Then pass all stitches over the last stitch you knitted (the one closest to the tip of the needle). Pass the stitches one by one over the stitch closest to the tip of the needle, starting with the closest one, until all 6 stitches have been passed over.

PATTERN
We recommend reading the entire pattern before you start knitting. This sweater is knitted in one piece, starting from the neckline. Always knit in stockinette stitch unless otherwise indicated.
SIZE 18 MONTHS
With 3.5mm short circular needles and a 40cm cable, cast on 80 sts. Work in 1x1 rib in the round (place a M for beginning of round).
Work 6 rounds in 1x1 rib.
Work 3 rounds in stockinette stitch.
From this point, we will begin to make increases to form the round yoke.
Work the sequence *k2 sts, m1l* for the entire round. You will have 120 sts. Work 6 rounds in stockinette stitch.
Work the sequence *k3 sts, m1l* for the entire round. You will have 160 sts. Work 5 rounds in stockinette stitch.
Change to regular length interchangeable circular needles and a 60cm cable.
Work the sequence *k4 sts, m1l* for the entire round. You will have 200 sts. Work 5 rounds in stockinette stitch.
Work the sequence *k5 sts, m1l* for the entire round. You will have 240 sts. Work 1 round in stockinette stitch.
In the next round, begin to knit the lace and bobble pattern. Work the chart starting
from the right edge and repeating the shaded part for the entire round. Work rounds 1 to 17 of the chart. You can place a marker every 10 sts to distinguish each repeat of the chart.
Work one round in stockinette stitch.
Next, separate the sleeves from the body. Work 35 sts from the beginning M; place 50 sts on a waste yarn to hold the first sleeve; work 70 sts; place 50 sts on a waste yarn to hold the second sleeve; and work 35 sts.
Continue working the 140 sts of the body in the round for 18 cm.
Work in 1x1 rib for 6 rounds and bind off all stitches as they present themselves.
Pick up the stitches of the first sleeve that were on a waste yarn. Distribute them on the 4 double-pointed needles. You will have 50 sts. Work in the round for 18cm. In the next round, make decreases evenly distributed throughout the round: (k8 sts, k2tog) x 5 times. 45 sts will remain.
To form the cuff, work in 1x1 rib for 6 rounds and bind off all stitches as they present themselves.
Pick up the second sleeve and knit it exactly the same as the first.
Weave in ends and block the garment.

Continue working the 152 sts of the body in the round for 20cm.
Work in 1x1 rib for 6 rounds and bind off all stitches as they present themselves.
Pick up the stitches of the first sleeve that were on a waste yarn. Distribute them on the 4 double-pointed needles. You will have 56 sts. Work in the round for 20cm. In the next round, make decreases evenly distributed throughout the round: (k5 sts, k2tog) x 8 times. 48 sts will remain.
To form the cuff, work in 1x1 rib for 6 rounds and bind off all stitches as they present themselves.
Pick up the second sleeve and knit it exactly the same as the first.
Weave in ends and block the garment.
