DICE-CUBE PATTERN
We are going to crochet the six sides of the die flat, we will crochet two sides of each color.
Start by chaining 35 stitches plus one turning chain (total 36), we will crochet one single crochet in each chain (35 single crochets), and so on in all rows. Remember to chain one before starting each row.
You will need to crochet until you get a square, this will vary depending on your tension, in my case they are squares of 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm.
We are going to assemble them according to the diagram and we will sew them as appropriate, joining square to square and when sewing we will also do it with the crochet hook since we will make one single crochet for each hole or chain.
You will form the shape of the die or cube but when you only have one part left to join, sew from one corner towards the center about two centimeters and the same from the opposite corner.
We will have an opening of about 6 cm. We will finish off and carefully turn the work inside out, leaving the seams on the inside, we will shape it by pulling out the corners very well.
It's time to stuff it very well, making sure the stuffing reaches everywhere, especially in the corners so that it is well-formed. Once we have done that, we close the opening with a tapestry needle, imitating a hidden stitch, so that it will be sewn the same as on the inside.
Time to add the number circles.

Wooden ring version
First we will crochet the strip that we will sew to the wooden ring.
Chain 8 stitches plus one turning chain (total 9 chains) and crochet one single crochet in each single crochet until you have approximately 16 cm of fabric.
Don't forget to chain one before turning the fabric and continuing with the work, this way we will always crochet 8 stitches, however, occasionally count to make sure you don't miss any.
When we have the strip ready, we will sew it to the ring so that it looks like we are covering a piece, we will join with tight stitches from side to side of the narrowest part.
Next, we will make the head separately which, once finished, we will center and sew to the strip that we previously sewed to the wooden ring.
The snout and ears are made exactly the same as for the other version, and we will sew and embroider the eyes and snout in the same way.
The difference when embroidering the eyes is that we will embroider them between rounds 11 and 13.
