When and how did the Patucos Patukitos brand emerge?
It emerged a couple of years ago when my friend got pregnant with twins, and I wanted to give her a personalized and unique gift. That circumstance coincided with my trip to Russia, and in my country, booties are a very typical garment for babies. Since I couldn't find any that I liked enough, I decided to make them myself, and that's how my experience as a designer began.
How has it evolved?
I have evolved quite a bit: I think there are now few shoes that I can't turn into booties.
First, I created my website and Facebook page, and a year ago, I opened the Instagram account, which helps me publicize my creations.
From there, I started receiving many inquiries about prices, sizes… so I decided to create the online store to facilitate direct sales.
The best moment?
When you see the satisfied faces of the customers.
And the next challenge?
I have a project in mind, but for now, it's a secret.
Why did you decide to specialize in booties or baby clothes?
I love children, and I hope my booties on their little feet leave no one indifferent.
