To do this, cast off 3 stitches, 8 times, at the beginning of rows 3 of the 8 repetitions of the openwork pattern, adapting the pattern to the remaining stitches. We will have 50 stitches. ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING

Sew the shoulders. The sleeves are sewn to the body of the jacket, adapting them to the armhole opening. Then, sew the sides of the jacket from the bottom of the garment to the armhole and continue the sleeve seam from the armhole to the cuff.

Pick up the stitches of the left front from the bottom of the garment to the center of the back neckline. Knit in garter stitch for 18 rows and cast off all stitches. Pick up the stitches of the right front in the same way and knit the buttonholes on row 11 of the band as follows: yarn over, K2tog. Knit 3 buttonholes in this way: the first one 3cm from the bottom edge of the jacket and the other two 10cm apart.

Continue knitting in garter stitch until reaching 18 rows and cast off all stitches. Sew the two bands at the center of the back neckline.

Finally, sew on 3 wooden buttons.
