R1: Make 6 increases. (12 stitches)
R2: 1 increase, 1 single crochet. Repeat 6 times (18 stitches)
R3: 1 increase, 2 single crochet. Repeat 6 times (24 stitches)
R4: 1 increase, 3 single crochet. Repeat 6 times (30 stitches)

Hanging strap:
Make a chain of 20 stitches, then one more for turning, and crochet 20 single crochet stitches. Join the two ends and sew it on the side opposite to the heart, exactly in the middle of the back of the basket.
Wrap the yarn several times around the strap, where it is sewn to the basket (right at the edge of the basket).
On the back, below the strap (3 rounds down), sew a button. This allows the strap to be used as a buttonhole to hang the basket from a bar.
