HOW TO CROCHET THE PATTERN?
BEFORE YOU START
You should know that in Tunisian crochet, each Row is divided into two phases that we will call Forward Pass and Return Pass:
In the Forward Pass, we lift all the stitches and make increases, if any. The work remains hanging from the hook.
In the Return Pass, we fill the stitches we have lifted, leaving them off the hook, and it is here that we will make the decreases. The work is free, except for the last stitch which remains on the hook.
Regarding decreases, you should note that they are made on the Return Pass. If it is at the beginning, instead of pulling through the first stitch alone, we will pull through two together. If it is in any other position, we will pull through three stitches instead of two.

Medium heart pattern (Heart shape – x2)
Row 1:
Forward Pass: make a chain and, from it, pick up 3 stitches.
Return Pass: return as normal (yarn over and pull through: the first stitch alone and, then, pull through two loops at a time until only one loop remains on the hook).
Please note that from here on, all Return Passes are worked as the previous one unless otherwise indicated.
Row 2:
