HOOD

Before picking up the stitches, sew the shoulders.

R1- Pick up stitches on the right side of the garment and knit them as you pick them up, starting with:

1 st from the Central Garter Stitch Edge (the first one on that right side of those we closed), plus the 4 sts we initially left on the needles plus 1 intermediate st, plus 2 sts we left on the needle plus 1 intermediate st plus 1 st from the needle plus 1 intermediate st, plus 1 st we left on the needle and the 6 sts from the increase of the last rows, in total, each side should have 18 stitches.

Back: Knit the first 5 sts of the back and continue as follows: 1ssk/16K/1ssk/ 5K plus 1 st from the shoulder (the 1st one) will be 29 stitches for the back. Left Side: 5 sts plus 1 intermediate st, plus 1 st left on the needle, 1 intermediate st, 1 st from the needle, 1 intermediate st, 2 sts from the needle, 1 intermediate st, 4 sts from the needle plus 1 st from the central Garter Stitch edge. 18 stitches.

18P+29P+18P= 65 Stitches for the hood.

R2 to R68 - KNIT 65 Stitches

From here, the hood is divided into three parts: 23 sts right side, 19 sts center and 23 sts left side. The idea is to knit only in the center area and pick up 1 stitch from each side on odd rows, so the center will always have 19 sts and each side will have 1 less stitch every 2 rows.

R69: 23K (Right Side) / 19K (Center). (TN)

R70: 10P/18K (Center). (TN)

R71: Slip 1st K (Center) knitwise to right needle, with yarn held low, and pass 1st K (Right Side) over it, also unknitted, knit 17K and k2tog (the last center st with the 1st st of the Left Side).

R72: 10P/18K/- 22 stitches remain on each side.

- Repeat until there are no stitches left on the sides, up to R115.

R116: Bind off 19K

SLEEVE

- They are knitted from top to bottom. Pick up 50 stitches for each sleeve. All rows are knit in stockinette stitch until the cuff.

- Decreases are made with k2tog, after the marker and 1 st, and at the end of that same row with ssk before the last stitch. This results in a multiple of 8 for the cuff, i.e., 32 stitches, which are knitted in elastic stitch.

Make decreases on the following rows, the sleeve is knit from top to bottom.

R11, R19, R27, R35, R53, R61, R69, R77, R85, 32 stitches remain.

R91, R92, R93, R94, R95, R96, R97, R98: 6K/2P/.../6K/2P/

R99: M/[1YO/1K/2YO/1K/2YO/1K/2YO/1K/2YO/1K/2YO/1K/1YO/2P] /...Repeat 2 more times.

R100: M/ <Drop the 1st YO and slip the K st to the right needle, drop the next 2 YOs and slip the K st to the right needle, do the same with all the remaining sts, and when the 6 sts (which are elongated) are on the right needle, take the first 3 sts that were slipped over the last three so that they are crossed in that order, slip them back to the left needle and knit them/ 2P>/Repeat 2 more times.

R101, R102, R103, R104, R105, R106: 6K/2P/.../6K/2P/
