PATTERN
Size: from 36 to 42.
We start by crocheting 120 chains: join the ends with a slip stitch, making sure the chain doesn't twist.
Row 1: Single crochet and close this row with a slip stitch.

Row 2: Half double crochet, close with a slip stitch, fold in half (60 stitches) and place a marker in the center to indicate where to make increases in the next row.
Row 3: Double crochet throughout the row; when you reach the center where the marker is, make 4 increases as follows: 2 double crochets, one chain, 2 double crochets (in the same stitch)

Row 4: Crochet double crochet all the way around, skipping one stitch and leaving two chains of separation between the double crochets. Increases will always be made in the center and at the end of the rows.

Row 5: Continue making the same openwork, inserting the stitches in the center of the separating chains.

Row 6 to Row 30: Crochet the same way for all rows, always making increases in the center and at the end of each row as follows: 1 double crochet, 1 chain, 1 double crochet (in the same stitch) *

* The double crochets knitted just before and after the increases will be separated by one chain, instead of two, to highlight the center of the poncho.
Row 31: Double crochet, inserting stitches into the chains of the openwork.

Row 32: Half double crochet
Row 33: Double crochet
When you reach the end of the row, close and cut the yarn.
We've finished knitting the poncho! Now it's time to add the fringes as described below.
FRINGES
Cut strands approximately 30 cm long. Depending on the fringe length you prefer (with this measurement, the fringes will be 15 cm long).

Take 2 strands folded in half; with the help of the hook, pull them through and tie them together to form the fringe. Insert them all around the base, skipping one stitch, i.e., one on, one off.
