Placemats and Coasters Breakfast Time

MATERIALS

Rubí Nómada color 008, 007, 005, 006 (1 SKEIN OF EACH)

Knitting needles no. 5

Crochet hook no. 4 for final trim

HOW TO KNIT THE PATTERN?

DIFFICULTY: 3

PLACEMATS

All in garter stitch.

Cast on 7 sts. In the first row, knit 1 st, yarn over, and repeat this to the end of the 7 sts. The next row is all knit (garter stitch).

In the following row, it will be 2 sts and yarn over, and the peak is made between each eyelet. This is repeated until there are 23 eyelets in each line, then change color and make one more eyelet. The next row is knitted (plain) and in the following one, all sts are bound off. 

It should be noted that eyelets are made on odd rows by yarning over; even rows are all plain.

After binding off all stitches, sew the two sides and iron, and finally crochet 1 row of slip stitch all around.

COASTERS

For the coasters, cast on 7 sts and do everything the same as for the placemats, the only difference is that instead of having 23 eyelets, it only has 6 eyelets and is finished with the same trim as the placemats.

Everything needs to be ironed very well to round them out.
