I recommend reading the entire pattern before you begin knitting.

This romper is knit in one piece, starting at the neckline.

We will knit flat or open until otherwise indicated.

With 3.5mm circular needles and CC, cast on 58 (58) sts. Knit 4 (4) rows in 1×1 rib stitch.   Change to MC and knit 2 (2) rows in stockinette stitch.

On the next RS row, make increases as follows: *k2, m1l* repeat the sequence between * * until 2 sts before the end and k1, m1l, k1. You will have 87 sts.

Knit 3 (3) rows in stockinette stitch.
