POT
Rubí Deco in color 114:
Make a magic ring.
- Round 1: 6 sc in the ring.
- Round 2: 6 inc. 12 sc
- Round 3: 1 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 18 sc.
- Round 4: 2 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 24 sc.
- Round 5: 3 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 30 sc.
- Round 6: 4 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 36 sc.
- Round 7: 5 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 42 sc.
- Rounds 8 to 14: 1 sc in each stitch. 42 sc.
- Round 15: 1 sc in each stitch, picking up only the outer loop of the stitch. 42 sc.
Close round 15 with 1 sl st and cut the yarn tail. Weave in the yarn tail.
- Round 16: Insert the hook into any stitch of round 14 and, picking up only the inner loop of each sc of round 14, crochet 1 sc in each stitch. 42 sc. (This leaves a decorative edge on the pot as round 15 remains above without being part of the "soil" of our cactus)
- Round 17: 5 sc, 1 dec. Repeat 5 times. 36 sc.
- Round 18: 4 sc, 1 dec. Repeat 5 times. 30 sc.
- Round 19: 3 sc, 1 dec. Repeat 5 times. 24 sc.
- Round 20: 2 sc, 1 dec. Repeat 5 times. 18 sc.
Stuffing:
First, add dried legumes or similar up to half of the pot (rice is not recommended because the grains are too small and may escape between the stitches), and then finish filling with synthetic or natural fiber.
- Round 21: 1 sc, 1 dec. Repeat 5 times. 12 sc.
- Round 22: 6 dec. 6 sc. 1 sl st.
Leave a long yarn tail and cut. Close this last round of the pot tightly and weave in the yarn tail.

Make a magic ring.
- Round 1: 6 sc in the ring.
- Round 2: 6 inc. 12 sc
- Round 3: 1 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 18 sc.
- Round 4: 2 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 24 sc.
- Round 5: 3 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 30 sc.
- Round 6: 4 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 36 sc.
- Rounds 7 to 9: 1 sc in each stitch. 36 sc.
- Round 10: 4 sc, 1 dec. Repeat 5 times. 30 sc.
- Rounds 11 to 14: 1 sc in each stitch. 30 sc.
Close round 14 with 1 sl st and cut the yarn tail. Leave a fairly long yarn tail; we will use it to sew the base of the cactus to the pot.
Stuff with synthetic or natural fiber and sew to the "soil" of the pot, being careful to do so on round 17 or 18, leaving round 15 free, as this is the decorative edge of the pot.

Make a magic ring.
- Round 1: 6 sc in the ring.
- Round 2: 6 inc. 12 sc

- Round 4: 2 sc, 1 inc. Repeat 5 times. 24 sc.
- Rounds 5 and 6: 1 sc in each stitch. 24 sc. 1 sl st
Leave a fairly long yarn tail; we will use it for sewing. Stuff with synthetic or natural fiber and sew to the top of the cactus, slightly tilted to the left side. Embroider the cactus's eyes and mouth with black and white yarn. I used Rubí Handy Cotton.
Optional: sew a decorative satin ribbon on top.
Your door stopper is now finished! I hope you enjoyed making this project.
